Michael Krzeminski

Managing Director

Entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience starting and managing public and private companies in such diverse sectors as International Telecommunications, Commercial Mortgage Banking, Real Estate Marketing and Valuation Services. In his role as Managing Director, Michael has represented Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of Property Tax Consulting since 2008.

Kim Masse

Operations Director

In this position Kim directly manages the day to day operations of our Property Tax Compliance Department., including lease auditing and managed property tax services. A University of Maryland graduate, Kim came to PTL in 2012 as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over a decade of experience.

Michelle Van Dusen

Research & Valuation Advisor

Since 2016, Michelle has been directly responsible for strategically analyzing Clients’ real estate market data, identifying and analyzing comparable property values and determining if property tax appeal action is required. Michelle is a Rutgers University Business School graduate and has held the designation of IRS Enrolled Agent since 2021.
